How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account for faster checkout and order tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Online payment options will be available soon.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping to international locations.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) is available for select locations. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in your account dashboard.
What if I am not available to receive the delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times. If you are unavailable, you can reschedule the delivery through the tracking link or contact our customer support.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
How do I return a product?
Log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the order you want to return, and click "Return". Our team will process your return request within 24 hours.
Will I get a refund?
Yes, once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you can exchange a product within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact our customer support for exchanges.

What is the difference between USB 2.0 and USB 3.0?
USB 3.0 offers significantly faster data transfer speeds (up to 5 Gbps) compared to USB 2.0 (up to 480 Mbps). USB 3.0 is backward compatible with USB 2.0 ports.
How do I care for my storage device?
Keep your storage devices away from water, extreme temperatures, and magnetic fields. Always safely eject before removing from your device. Store in a dry, cool place.
